請問有氧與瑜珈的燃脂度 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

想問一下各位
我最近想做點有氧運動來雕塑身材以及減肥
可是不知道瑜珈跟舞蹈哪種效果比較好呢?
目前有參考兩種課程
一個是舞蹈
從基本步型入門,加入階梯、拳擊或拉丁等變化,舞出自信曼妙的身材並強化身體各
部位肌耐力,雕塑勻稱修身體型
另一個是瑜珈
藉由課程的設計,如何培養正確健康的飲食概念,養成端正優美的姿勢,學會正確的
呼吸、專注、放鬆的技巧,來訓練身體肌肉的耐力,讓身體消耗更多的脂肪,並針對
身體的胸腰腹臀腿作局部強放的塑身運動,讓你跟下半身肥胖說Bye-Bye。
因為兩個都說能夠燃燒脂肪
可是不知道哪一種比較適合我 :( 我筋骨超硬的~怕瑜珈太溫和又難練
兩個都是每周一次的
不知能否請版友給點意見呢^^謝謝
