請問我該如何繼續訓練? - 路跑 Road Running

先自我簡介…
從今年一月開始練跑到現在,跑齡約七個多月,週跑量約55K,月跑量約220K,在第一馬
之前只練LSD(最高到39K)和均速跑(約10~15K),第一馬之後加入亞索800(每週跑一次,每
次約8~10趟,一趟3:40,沒辦法每趟都達到,就盡力完成),訓練期間也會安排時間休息
,賽前就減量,訓練時臏骨有時會痛,就冰敷加熱敷,目前狀況是還好。
成績:
5K:平均約25分
10:平均約54分
半馬:約1時56分
全馬:
4/28:苗栗明德水庫 (4時43分),山路馬,自己覺得初馬成績還算可以,以後應該可以慢
慢進步,結果證明只是自我感覺良好而已。
5/26:苗栗72快道馬拉松(5時12分),平地馬,天氣非常熱,過了半馬之後就不行了,前
半馬2時10分,後半馬花了3小時,跑完這場信心大失,是配速問題嗎?我也不知道…
7/20:台南星光馬(6時30分),跑到一半疑似中暑,汗都流不出,走幾步就想吐,走都沒
辦法,坐在路邊休息了約1個多小時,最後慘爆回終點,還好有完賽,不過我覺得
就算沒中暑,也跑不進5小時內,所以跑完後心情很低落,明明有練,但是成績卻每
況愈下……
請教各位先進,我出了什麼問題?我該如何繼績練?可以開個課表嗎? 謝謝
