請問如何練使雙腳打的更開 - 瑜珈 Yoga

我是男的
最近在學舞
上課前及上課後都會做到拉筋的動作
但這一系列的動作我都做不到
就是身體平坐
兩腳張開呈V字型
每個人都能張的滿開
但我僅能張到約70~80度左右而已
且後續的身體向前壓平
或是上半身向右傾(左傾)以左手(右手)摸右腳(左腳)的拉筋
我都辦不到~
課後老師也說我的筋太硬了~屋屋
而且我也有青蛙腿(就是蹲下去無法兩腳腳跟同時著地)
想請問各位我如何在家可以練大腿內側的筋呢
讓我的雙腿可以越張越開~上半身也可以向前壓平的練習方式呢
