小弟我平時想到
就會去體育場或是學校的操場跑步
距離大概2-4公里
看那天體力跟心情
有跑得時候一禮拜大概五天
可能連續跑好幾禮拜
沒跑得時候一個月甚至幾個月個月都沒去
小弟對慢跑不討厭
慢跑年齡有6年了
我73公斤 173公分
只是想請教大家有在保養膝蓋嗎
曾經有經驗是
跑6.4公里 1禮拜5天 這樣操
我蹲下去 跟站起來膝蓋會痛
我好擔心我膝蓋
我不知道 怎拿捏
跑多久是比較適合
對身體有益
所以跑來這請益的
