請問大家是如何轉移高強度的痛楚 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟最近開始練漸歇來維持心肺的功能
因為在健身房用跑步機練跑所以是用坡度和速度來提高心跳數
以前大多都只跑10km或20km左右的LSD(5.5分速左右)
現在發現跑漸歇時真的很難去轉移高強度帶來的痛苦感覺
除了儘量維持呼吸頻率和死盯著儀表板希望時間趕快到
剩下的就是握緊拳頭死撐完而已
有沒有比較好能分散這種感覺的方法?
雖然前面有電視,不過提高強度後我看不到10秒就回來盯儀表板了
高強度下我真的沒心力去接受其他外在的訊息OTZ
