請問上body pump和自己做重訓一樣嗎?也要休息兩至三天嗎? - 有氧運動 Aerobics

請問一下各位大大,因為之前聽前輩說,做完重訓,要停個兩至三天,讓肌肉
有時間修復,我現在是做大腿,手臂和臀部的訓練,不過我還會去上body pump
的課程,後來想想,上body pump也跟重訓一樣要休息那麼多天嗎?
還是可以連續兩天上body pump呢?...謝謝~~
