並且持續的增加,過了幾個月後,變成一個長
跑好手,然後讓她去打籃球,對籃球場上的體
能有幫助嗎?
因為我看有些跑步很行的人,打籃球還是會很
喘,這是因為打籃球所需要的體力,和長跑不
相同的關係嗎?
