各位版友大家好
小弟目前在服替代役約兩個月的時間了
在我們下班後通常會有空閒時間
我常常會拿這一個多小時先去跑步再吃飯
開始練習跑步大約都跑2km~4km不等(看當天體力 囧)
由於想要減肥一直以來都有在做不同的運動
服役之前還滿常去游泳的
大概一次1hr 2km左右的速度吧
後來服役的單位附近沒有游泳池想說就來跑步吧
一開始以為有在游泳體力應該不會差太多
但一開始跑的時候卻覺得累到不行(跑步跟游泳累的感覺好不一樣 囧)
但經過一個多月的適應
從一開始2km約要跑13min~14min
進步到2km 10min初頭
3km 15、16min
4km 21min左右這樣的成績
但感覺就是遇到瓶頸卡在這了一直進步不了
爬過文發現許多人都建議先增加距離
之前有想過增加到5km然後慢慢跑
但感覺沒有個時間上的目標跑步的時候都會不自主的怠惰 囧
不由自主的怠惰後感覺就沒有有氧的感覺了...
所以想請教一下各位能否對我運動的計畫做些建議呢?
