該為晨跑減少睡眠嗎?大家睡多久? - 路跑 Road Running

當爸的人一天自由運用時間非常少,
6點起床
7點開車上班
8-16點上班
16-17點路跑(運氣好的話)
接下來就是家庭時間
帶家人吃晚餐、指導作業、做家事、伺候大小姐睡覺
自己就寢大概是22:30-24:00這個區間
睡眠時間約落在6小時-7小時半
春天已到,加上itbs好的差不多了,
為了改善下午時間不穩定的跑步機會,
加上想減掉這段期間養傷所復胖的體重,
想提早一小時起床晨跑,
不過原本睡眠時間已經不滿8小時,
再減下去不知道是不是反而更不健康,
這樣晨跑的用意就本末倒置,
而且也怕沒休息夠增加再受傷風險,
偏偏當爸的人就是沒辦法提早自己先去躺床,
想問問大家意見?
以及大家一天大概都睡多少再去晨跑?

問題是現在小學生真的很忙,不是我沒事就能自己去躺

我有烘衣機,效果不喜歡,曬衣服一次10-15分鐘,主

用花到一個小時,我都平日跑距離短的,假日有整塊時
間再跑長的,當然跟版上動輒一個月200k的人沒辦法比
,但感覺比以前健康,而且這樣堆跑量也不會有壓力,
好像沒跑到150、200會對不起自己一樣。運動還是貴長
久累積,心裡的調適還有跟家庭事業的磨合也是一部分
功課啦
