該如何面對接下來的全馬賽事 - 路跑 Road Running

10月後月跑量平均200km
一月起平均每週練習三天,內容如下:
兩次16km路跑練習,均速6min/km
一次30km大棟山LSD,均速7min/km
練跑前平均暖身時間:5min
收操時間:5min
問題說明:
各位好,小弟是馬拉松新手。半年多前因大學同學激勵開始練習馬拉松。在上週順利完成人生初全馬(萬金石),也取得不錯的完賽成績(4小時27分)。但完賽後的隔天就發燒,肌肉及關節僵硬劇痛幾乎無法行走,也嚇壞不少親友。
雖然星期二後逐漸康復,到今天已無大礙,僅剩左膝內側下緣仍有輕微腫脹現象,跑跳皆無疼痛感。
然而親友已紛紛反對小弟繼續參加3/9的櫻花馬及3/22的新竹馬,並告誡我馬拉松賽事不宜安排如此密集。
不過小弟與同學有約在先,報名早已完成無法退費,加上感覺身體已無大礙,退賽的理由並不充分。
但是,心中也不免猶豫是否自我評估過於樂觀。故想請教板上前輩:
1.初馬完賽後會發燒痠痛是正常的嗎?如何才能正確評估自己的身體狀況是否足以應付下一場賽事?
2.倘若要參加後續的賽事,以我目前的程度該採取何種配速策略才不至於完賽後造成身體不適或受傷?
