該如何訓練耐熱跑 - 路跑 Road Running

最近天氣開始變熱
已經選擇晚上跑 可是跟前陣子比 氣溫提升不少
加上在練提升速度 有時跑的5到6公里就受不了
就停下來改用走的 均速整體提升了20秒
不曉得該如何耐熱?
降一點速度來換取更長距離的跑步? 還是說換一下地點跑?(我跑的地方有微微上坡)
