設定半馬目標 - 路跑 Road Running

不曉得怎麼精確地下標題還請見諒。
本身因為減脂關係從四月底開始有跑操場習慣,
當時一個禮拜最多休息一天,
五月身體狀況很差(月經遲到)、刻意休息之下月跑量是180K左右。
有過一周3次10K、狀況不好也會堅持在7K左右。
有次最佳速度大概是以下

以前從沒想過要跑馬拉松之類所以也沒有刻意練速度,
主要是想拉長時間距離以增進減脂效果。
六月開始是每天8k,目標是月跑量超過200k,有刻意不讓自己跑10k
(因為本身是餐飲服務業 每天晚上八點多下班不管多累就到到操場跑步,
跑10k對隔幾天精神狀況影響差距頗大)
剛剛看到田中馬開始報名(本身是彰化人),突然就興起報名衝動。
據說名額不好搶,
但現在開始想如果能順利取得名額搶到該怎麼練習、
爬過文看自己目前的跑量完賽應該是沒問題,
所以想設定時間目標,又不知道該怎麼評估QQ
目前狀況是健身房重訓半小時+跑步機六分速8k,
接下來應該都會盡量維持,
想請問我這樣的狀況設定多少時間內完賽比較理想?
其實有想過是不是可以利用接下來四五個月練習拚看看全馬,
但覺得自己有點太狂妄了還是以初半馬為目標就好Q_Q
還請大家不吝給予意見,感激不盡>__<
