訓練菜單檢討調整 - 路跑 Road Running

個人狀況:
177CM / 77Kg
全馬PB:3hr55min(2013)
練習近況PB:10K為42分半、21K為95分半
比賽狀況:
依調整近況,此次南科馬本想挑戰330大關,30K前均速為4分53秒,配速也都很穩定,
沒想到過了30K後風雲變色,開始hold不住5分速,32K更是兩邊小腿同時抽筋.../~\,
最終只能跑跑走走黯然完賽...
近兩個月菜單:週量約50-60K
週一、重訓
週二、Yasso 800 x 8趟 (pace 4:00)
週三、Easy 16K (pace 5:20)
週四、(休)
週五、Tempo 10K (pace 4:30)
週六、Easy 10K 或 休息
週日、pace 21K (pace 4:45)
想請教板上先進,我的訓練菜單該如何調整才能改善比賽後段失速的問題?
目前暫時想法想改成:
週一、重訓
週二、(休)
週三、pace 16K (pace 4:50)
週四、(休)
週五、Tempo 16K (pace 4:30)
週六、(休)
週日、pace 28-32K (pace 4:50)
