訓練肌力(重訓)&書 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟之前有小小發過一篇文(剛加入)
由於最近跑完膝蓋有點不適(168/64)
所以上來爬文 看完應該是肌力不足的原因(近一兩個月才開始斷斷續續跑)
有看到版友建議說如果肌力不足就不要連續跑
中間穿插幾次重訓增加肌力
想請問重訓是指去健身房的那種還是是指一些特定的鍛鍊動作?

看到蠻多剖析人類整體肌肉構造的書
然後有一些是減重之類的
想請問跑步新手應該要從什麼開始看起?
