訓練強度/量以及體能間的關係 - 路跑 Road Running

想先請教各位個假設性問題,藉以大略一窺訓練與維持體能間的學理...
例如訓練一段時間後,半馬能跑到90分內,之後是不是可能僅約每週跑3次,每次12K,
但每次花45分內這樣的訓練強度/量,去維持這樣的體能表現?(半馬90分內)
還是基本上,仍應該要有一定的跑量才能達到?
我知道這個假設性問題有點粗糙,但想大概知道練到這樣還算不錯的程度之後,到底需要
多少的日常訓練來維持
