西濱快速道路LSD心得分享 - 路跑 Road Running

今天4點20就起床準備出門前往新竹香山運動場和18尖山長跑隊的大家一起練跑
5點20準時從香山運動場出發開始今天預計的55K LSD,終點站為苑裡。
從香山田徑場繞到西濱快速道路約1300m左右
進入西濱之後映入眼簾的就是先前跑過的南寮17公里海岸線
只是當時是跑在自行車道,這次直接就跑在西濱上了。
還好這次延路都有補給車,可以先將自己要喝的水和吃的補給品放在車上,只要輕裝就
可以跑了(原本是想可能和上次跑南寮17公里時自行背著水袋背包跑,肯定掛點)
補給車很貼心的每10公里左右會停在路線,讓我們可以停下來喝個水補給一下再上路。
10K => 西濱87K處 崎頂牌樓 --->這裡很明顯,開西濱都會看過,這次用跑的
20K => 西濱96K 處 -
30K => 西濱107K處--->這邊開始有個長上坡,我坐上補給車偷懶 冏
37K => 白沙屯 小7---->補給了兩罐運動飲料,稍微休息,其實在這裡時我超想回家的
42K => 台一 128K處--->通霄秋茂園,小時候來過,但不是用跑的 XD
47K => 台一 133K處
-------------------------以下兩個補給沒有我,我在通霄火車站先開溜了
52K => 台一 136K處
55K => 到了。
坐上補給車時有先將GPS錶按暫停,最後顯示約42.5K @ 5:38min/km-->LSD配速
順利賺到一隻全馬,可惜原本是要賺55K超馬的,但我心中的小惡魔叫我不要跑了 XD
但人算不如天算,買火車票時直覺地買了回"新竹"的票,上了車之後發現我應該要香山
下車才對,但這班自強號沒有停香山… 冏很大
不過當你身為一名馬拉松跑者,這點問題不算什麼,索性就從新竹火車站再跑回香山田
徑場約5KM,最後還是跑了一隻超馬,總計47.5K
在香山田徑場準備離開時,18尖山的諸位也回來了…早知我就跑到完就好了呀(哈)
最後感謝18尖山的各位跑友讓我可以順利地跑西濱LSD,要是沒有補給車還有跟著跑的動
力,我早早就想用走的了。
下次再有團練可不能偷懶了,要跑完全程 p^_^q
