借用這個標題
小弟最近練body dolphin一直有潛太深以至於要用手才能換氣的困擾
爬了爬之前的文好像壓胸壓肩才是關鍵
可是我對壓胸壓肩這個動作定義不是很明瞭
壓胸壓肩是不是就是等同於弓身的動作阿?
還有看了一個之前推文的影片

影片給我的感覺是他在下潛的動作時 胸部並沒有明顯下壓的感覺
反到是比較像是用上半身的力量將臀部提起來
希望版友能給小弟一些提示 謝謝
