萬金石完賽心得 - 路跑 Road Running

文筆不好,敬請見諒。
今年有幸抽中萬金石,且在ptt上拜讀各位前輩在台北馬破三心得文,突然激起心中久違
的鬥志,決心來挑戰sub3。
賽前訓練
1.過去的練跑沒有所謂的質與量,進步幅度有限,這次就嘗試三個月的漢森訓練。
2.訓練內容大概就跑6天休一天,
大概就 一 天間歇,一天節奏跑,每二週跑一次長距離,其他皆為輕鬆跑
這次我之前PB是3:20(還是4年前的),連接近sub3都有段距離,但我就是想嘗試看看。
比賽當天早早就去B區準備,身體狀況還算不錯,但有好長一段時間沒跑全馬,心情倒是
有點緊張的等待鳴槍的那一刻。
起跑後,找到3:00列車,一路上跟著集團,思考著接下來的配速策略。前半場算順利,均
速大概是4:12? ,等過21K,李智群大哥率先出來要開2:55列車,問有人是否要跟上,我
認為這是個機會,就馬上搭上列車(結果只有我一人上XD),這一路上均速來到4:05,沿途
追了不少人,想說2:55應該有希望了,但過了35K ,天氣愈來愈熱,小腿也處於快抽筋的
狀態,看著手錶的配速也不斷的下降,列車長離我漸行漸遠,一直想會不會連sub3都沒達
到,回想自己過去三個月風雨無阻的練習,怎能讓它白白浪費,就這樣我最後盡量維持在
4:30的配速下,衝向終點,
晶片時間 2:57:26。
後記:
跑完當下人處於恍神狀態,連台灣最速男 楊俊瀚幫我掛牌,我也沒什麼反應(真抱歉啊…
),完賽大浴巾也忘了拿,最後走沒幾步路,大小腿也都開始輪流大抽筋了,多虧有按摩
區才稍稍舒緩。
這次感謝有配速員跟李志群大哥幫忙配速,心情上輕鬆許多,感謝ptt上各位前輩的好文
讓我受益良多,也感謝在Strava上的各位,雖不認識但看到你們風雨無阻的練習,讓我不
敢偷懶練習XD。謝謝
