各位版友大家好
最近看了林孝宗--自發功的書籍好
一直很想找個時間 照著書上的方式試試
但是爬文後發現
自發功似乎是適合身體健康程度有一定基礎的人
可是該如何知道自己適不適合...?? (我身體應該是蠻虛的 =.=)
但說實在一個人照著書上做
心裏難免會毛毛的...而且許多文字也很難去揣摩 (ex: 意守XX )
i是現在身旁也沒有已經入門的朋友
而且人不在北部沒有辦法參加氣功班..
不知道是不是有入門的功法
可以適合自己練習
而且不得要領時 帶來的副作用比較不強烈?
