原則上,越長的距離,踢水就越不重要,頻率就要越低。至於該多低?因人而
異。只能說吾人的游1000m最佳打水頻率,一定比自己400m與200m的最佳打水頻率要
低,但是基準點因人而異。
有人1500m打水的頻率比我200m打水的頻率還要快,但是我們都選擇自己的最佳
頻率。
有原則,就有例外。例外是少數,必須從嚴解釋,所以絕大部分的人都不會是
那個例外,因此,你也可以不必如此執著在打水了。
: 而且感覺划手好像比較容易痠
「划手容易痠」背後的可能性太多了,
如果姿勢不對先改姿勢;
如果姿勢沒大缺點,則輔以重量訓練或划手版改善;
也有可能打水不好,徒增阻力等等
