自由式打水 - 游泳討論

今天在練習打水時,
有一種感覺出來時,會發現比較輕鬆且速度較快
就是當我抬大腿後,將力量甩出去給膝蓋到小腿到腳背時,
這過程都沒出什麼力,
但是當整隻腳程一直線時,這時大腿肌肉有收縮且緊繃的感覺
就是腿一直線時才出力,
請問這樣的打水感覺是正確的嗎??
