自由式初學者 - 游泳討論

自己已經會打水了 50m水道大概要停下來1~2次休息
請教一下各位大大
是要繼續練打水 打到可以打50m不停下休息
還是練划手 or 滾肩呢??
再來
對初學者而言
大家比較建議由傳統式的自由式學習法入門(打水->划手->滾肩->換氣->全泳)
還是以魚式的學習法 先從平衡開始學起
那一個比較好呢??
ps.其實我已經卡在換氣很久了,自由式還真他媽的難學
希望大家給個建議
