小弟最近因肩傷 有比較保守游
但也不代表放開游身體不會歪掉
3600大概多游個300 (因為算錯) 一小時45分
一划手配一腳一打水 但因為在注意上半身的水阻 所以下半身大部份時間是打平衡
50公尺約55~56下划手(一隻手划一次就叫一下)
沒有蹬牆 手碰到岸後 身體水平出發(腳踩地把下半身帶上來)
這樣的划手情況算差嗎?還是普通?
附帶問一下:右手入水時頭貼它 左肩要出水(高肘的結果?)
是不是要這樣游上半身才會低水阻(也就是所謂的側身前進?)?
又如果左肩出水是需要的
那在出水前左手整體的推水路線是不是要靠外側比較順(非S型)?還是見人見智?
且是不是可以先讓左肩出水 而手還在水裡推 此時水阻低 推力大 可以提升前進效率?
