會游泳已經超過15年了 姿勢不算競技泳
這一兩年游泳才開始有里程數的目標
從前年每次都要游2000M(去年服役中斷游泳)
到今年夏天規定自己每次下水都要完成3000M
游泳頻率次數不一 一週一次~三次不等
除了練耐力 最近一個月每完成3000的時間大概都控制80分鐘
去/自由式 回/蛙式 沒有轉身(因為不會) 摸牆即走 偶爾靠牆韻律呼吸兩三下就出發
換算每分鐘才游37.5M 感覺超慢... 不知道版上各位速度都多快呢?
我不追求練比賽速度 但總有個目標要求自己提昇
單靠划手板輔助可以讓我練到4000M 80分 或 3000M 60分?
