哈囉~~
想請問大家要如何練習400公尺呀
因為沒有教練在帶..所以自己跑到67秒之後就都沒有進步>"<
我之前有爬過文...看過男生的課表
但是...女生真的吃不消那些課表呀...後來膝蓋還有點不舒服
所以...有沒有比較適合女生的課表呀...
練習的目的...當然是比賽呀..時間大概是明年3月吧
所以請大家給點意見@@
