小弟的跑步行程,請版友給點意見 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟從去年11月開始運動兼減肥
一開始體重較重所以先做一些對膝蓋負擔較輕的有氧+重量訓練
身體變化是 166/85/體脂29% 現在是166/72/體脂18%
因為現在打算把跑歩當每天的訓練計畫,希望每天都可以跑
目前是跑一休一 每次約跑10km花1hr 平均心跳約155左右
以身體負擔來說跑完10km還蠻輕鬆的,不是硬衝硬跑完那種
但是對照版友們的狀況,我166/72的身材是否還是太重呢?
因為我很怕會傷膝蓋而不自知,如果膝蓋不舒服自身感覺得出來嗎?
我左腳之前十字韌帶有斷掉,過了快3年才去重建
有時候跑步中會覺得膝蓋關節有點痛,但是在繼續跑後有時候疼痛會消失(熱身不夠?)
其實問題就大概是 可否每天跑10km,體重是否還要再降低,其他需要注意的?
