膝蓋裡面癢 - 路跑 Road Running

原po身高體重180/85
之前的運動是打打籃球和羽球
最近因為要積極的減脂還有養成良好的運動習慣XDD
所以開始慢跑 一次距離大概4.5~7km之間 (看當天的體力而調整)
時間長度大概是30-60分鐘吧
一個星期大約跑4-5天 大概維持半個月了
慢跑的同時 籃球羽球還是有再打
不過開始跑步後這陣子 膝蓋裡面感覺癢癢的
上網google 還有在板上爬文好像和我一樣狀況的人不多
所以想來版上問問各位先進前輩們 你們有遇過這種情況嗎@@?
