膝蓋後側受傷 - 路跑 Road Running

嗨各位請教一下
小弟跑步年齡半年
跑量進步到月200 KM
平常速度約5:30上下
假日會跑LSD 約21 KM
可能是跑量拉升太多
左腳膝蓋後“外”側 (感覺是膕窩或腓腸肌)
平常坐著的狀態是彎曲的(膝蓋呈90度)
小弟一伸展,把腿伸直時
膝後外側肌肉就會有種筋在移動且刺痛的感覺
但直到最近是只要久坐一伸展就會很痛
目前保養的方式是去診所復健科做雷射跟電療
但一個禮拜一次而已(上班沒時間做復健,下班都要睡了)
想請假去找醫生
人住台北
請問該去醫院檢查還是有什麼推薦的中醫或復健診所嗎?
看到跑友沒有受傷能一直訓練真的很羨慕....
