膝蓋外側疼痛 - 路跑 Road Running

自從上次跑完丹大林道後膝蓋外側就會疼痛
但說也奇怪
平常跑步、任何姿勢都不會發生疼痛狀況
唯獨在做"梨狀肌伸展"時膝蓋外側會疼痛

尤其是在跑完收操時候
但是當這個動作做個20秒左右
疼痛感就舒緩了
這三個禮拜期間我有就醫
中醫針灸醫生說是:髂脛束摩擦症候群
西醫復健師說是:肌腱炎
可是這段期間分別做了 針灸、電療、超音波
情況都尚未改善
根據我google的資料結果是 膕肌肌腱炎

想請問我必須多做梨狀肌伸展嗎?
有沒有前輩能夠有相關經驗分享的?
