膝蓋伸直或微彎落地 哪個傷腳 - 路跑 Road Running

前陣子看到一本書 上面就建議大家說走路 腳落地時要微彎 不要伸直
說伸直會讓力量都給膝蓋軟骨吃掉
但是常看到網路上說 練太極拳 膝蓋微彎這種動作會傷膝蓋 好像也是說傷軟骨
感覺兩者有點矛盾 請問大家覺得哪個是對的呢?
