感想:
跑步一開始或許都有理由和原因,
但跑著跑著,到後來不管出現什麼好的作用(比方健康),
或者只是習慣了而已,不跑好像就怪怪的。
作者或許激勵了很多中年近老年的人,
但其實不需要等到那個時候,不管幾歲,現在就可以開始了。
跑步是很個人的運動,要一邊跑一邊跟人家談話很難享受其中,
跟登山一樣,重複著單調的過程,但扎實的感受很難被其他運動取代。
