新手剛跑了大概兩個月 每個星期大概跑4天
一次都跑200公尺的操場35圈 總和約8KM左右吧
最近常常連續跑兩天之後左腳腳踝跟膝蓋都會痠痛
前天跑完後更是左腳腳踝跟膝蓋都有點抽筋的感覺 走路一拐一拐的
但是昨天休息一天之後今天又感覺不太痛了
這樣還能跑嗎
還是要去給醫生看?
我跑步是為了要減肥 因為痠痛沒跑怕又會復胖了
