跑步的練習量 - 路跑 Road Running

因為工作的關係 需要走路20KM/天以上
大概兩天運動一次 每次5KM/30MIN左右
如果有運動的話 一天的走路距離接近25~27KM
加上禮拜六的LSD 10KM~12KM 禮拜天幾乎都在休息
這樣一個禮拜在120KM~135KM左右
而在運動完的晚上躺在床上時 會覺得膝蓋有點灼熱感
這樣的話 需要在運動完之後冰敷嗎?
今年25 172 65
