腳底板抽筋 - 路跑 Road Running

我每天都會跑十公里當作晨操
跑之前都有很完整的暖身
跑完之後也花了將近一個小時做收操
平常跑的時候不會抽筋
但是 跑完去游泳的時候
右腳腳底板就會有快抽筋的徵兆(我還特別拉過)
或者是 躺著做抬腳時 腳稍微用點力也快抽筋
請問大家 都怎麼預防抽筋的呢 謝謝
