腳底板抽筋 - 瑜珈 Yoga

想請問各位瑜珈前輩
小妹我練習瑜珈快半年了
大約每周2~3次
但有個問題從剛開始練習瑜珈到現在都一直困擾我
就是每當進入英雄式、三角式...等,
需要後面那隻腿伸直,腳往外踩平的體位時
腿伸直、往外踩平的腳底總是會抽筋~
換一隻腳踩平,也會抽筋
所以導致於這類的體位練習都做不完全
想知道有人也會這樣嗎?!
