我在幾年前 曾經脊椎出了問題
得了一種叫做 椎間盤突出 的病 也嚴重到因而不用當兵
(曾躺在床上兩三個禮拜沒辦法起身)
醫生也建議我 盡量少搬重物 或是 讓腰作出太彎曲的動作
所以我仰臥起坐之類的都沒做
近來發現 肚子微凸XD
開始想運動恢復以前的身材
想請問
有沒有什麼運動是不會給脊椎帶來很大負擔
但卻能夠有效的鍛鍊腹肌?
目的是想先消除肚子上的贅肉 然後再進一步的去鍛鍊腹肌
希望知道的人能告訴我
