要四條膠,也就是兩包威德,以單純熱量來說2~3包威
德頂一個全馬是可以的
但是它的缺點就是很重很大包,一般號碼帶或者口袋應
該都裝不下,除非背包包或者手拿,所以在全馬場上,
比較少看到有人使用威德來進行補給(不是沒有但真的
比較少)

速吸一包才開始跑步。不過因為它重又不好帶、所以騎車
跟跑步的時候都是吃果膠或其它好攜帶的食物來補給。
