背痛 - 氣功 Qigong

好幾年了 我雖有糖尿病 因為練氣功身體變成很強壯 糖尿病也控制住 像沒事人一樣
去年九月台大回診 發現飯前血糖稍高 我不以為意
以為是驗血清晨一點多偷吃東西以致 再來三個月注意不要吃入帶糖的食物
十二月檢驗血糖仍高 我於是我於是請板橋謝坤川醫師幫我調藥
三個月了高高低低與血糖奮鬥
二月中台大檢驗血糖是降低了 還不盡人意
兩個星期後到謝醫師診所 血糖居然高得驚人 當時真是欲哭無淚
已經完全不吃含糖食物 甚至減少碳水化合物的攝取 那裏來的醣類?
還好接下來兩次血糖降到理想水準 等四月中再去複檢
這八九個月與病魔奮戰 主要的困擾就是血糖低而引起的倦怠
運動與練氣功成為很辛苦的事情 相當痛苦
因病減少氣功的練習 因為少了練習而引起身體的變弱 變成惡性循環
免疫力降低而容易受外界的感染 身體變弱到了晚上背部因為疲倦而產生疼痛
還好因為血糖的控制 體力逐漸加強 背痛因此減輕 現在很少發作了
上星期有一天早上起床 發現左膏肓以及接近右脇的肋骨上覺得疼痛 前一天體力還不錯
原因不明 早上很少會背痛 都是晚上疲倦後會發生 可能是睡姿引起
我移動兩手臂位置藉以拉緊疼痛位置的皮膚 再運氣把氣聚集在疼痛位置慢慢往外推
在家裡推了約二十次 因事出門 一路走再一遍遍的運氣把傷處往外推
運了兩次氣 感覺上把傷已經推到接近表皮的位置 就不去管他了
第二天只剩下表皮一點疼痛 沒有什麼大礙
現在差不多沒有感覺了
覺得這方法很好 建議版友也用這種方法自療疼痛
