肚子抽筋 - 路跑 Road Running

肚子抽筋這個問題困擾我很久了
只要開始跑個一兩圈
腹部那邊就會開始有抽筋的感覺
到了兩三圈的時候就開始整個開時疼痛
不過休息過後再出發就不會那麼嚴重或者就不會抽筋了
想請問一下這個問題是因為沒熱身(我跑步之前沒在熱身)
還是呼吸的方式錯誤(最近才剛開始跑,對自己的呼吸頻率沒有研究)
