我是一個喜歡運動的人身材卻略嫌微胖但是身上還算有明顯的肌肉可是沒有腹肌我從八月開始立志要練出腹肌所以每天會做50下的仰臥起坐有時候心急想立刻見效就多做幾十下隔天就會痠痛只好停幾天練練停停做到現在十月多也已經快兩個多月卻還是肉肉的一團我平常都有在運動打網球或打羽球可是腹��
