練習半馬跟重量訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

第一次發文問問題 有錯請告知@@...
因為報了年底的半馬(第一次),在準備練習,
有參照一本書上給初學者的表格練習,一周五天,周跑量大約25K開始慢慢加,共3月
本身也有在做重量訓練...一周兩次而已,
但是做完腿的重訓後1~2天都懶得去跑ORZ 整個大腿+臀部痠到爆炸這樣
目前最好成績也就1HR 8公里而已...由於重訓的關係,讓我有點跟不上計畫表了
想問是否該停止重訓OR減輕就好?
