練到腳軟~XD - 路跑 Road Running

最近又開始恢復訓練~
以前高中全盛時期1500 可以跑到4:10秒
四年沒練田徑了~
要把以前的體力找回來真的很辛苦
最近每天的課表很簡單
早晚各跑一萬公尺~
昨天晚上初次嘗試間歇訓練
200x5 26秒
跑到四趟跟第五趟時最後一百公尺
都跑到腳好像軟掉了XD
後勁無力= =
不過今天起床雙腳跟大腿都沒酸
看來是練不夠
