上飛輪的時候,胸部是要挺出的這樣肺部能有最大的容積,對於呼吸會有最大的幫助
不管在站姿或坐姿,背部盡量持平,頂多稍微一點點拱起來,不要駝背
這樣每次呼吸才能達大最大的效益
至於有教練說胸部要壓低,那是訓練方式的不同
一般會在加速的時候,因為飛輪是在模擬室外騎車的運動
身體向下壓,才能降低風阻,速度才帶得起來
這比較像是自行車選手的動作,一般純飛輪教練比較不會有這樣的姿勢
雖然胸部壓低,但頭不能因此壓低,一壓低,會導致呼吸道的阻礙
所以大家上飛輪的時候,眼睛至少也要看前方,不要悶著頭踩
那是不對的,很簡單,就像你在外頭騎車,不會有人低頭的吧!至少也要看路吧
