各位好
小弟金門馬回來後,右腳內側小腿骨旁的肌肉一直在痛
去復健磨超音波,痠到不行,痠到外側腳踝與外側小腿都不舒服
去看中醫,醫生說不要吃香蕉
我勒,香蕉不是補給聖品嗎?!
GOOGLE後,看到一篇文章:
─由於香蕉含磷稍高,若吃多了易使體內鈣質相對降低,
對骨折病人的復原不利。香蕉所含的高醣份,在代謝後,
會消耗體內更多的維生素B1,造成神經、肌肉的協調失衡,
引發傷處的疼痛或惡化。再者,香蕉中過高的鎂,易造成
隨意肌肉的麻痹及肌腱的疼痛─
請問版上達人,到底我的症狀能不能吃香蕉?
香蕉真的會加重肌肉痠痛的症狀嗎?
