是個新的教練(因為都是免費的,所以每周都會換一個^^)
這次的教練說得比較清楚
1.蹬水後手分三個動作-
(1)伸手(2)收扳近來<這兩個似蛙式>
(3)用力往後撥到大腿
(4)撥到大腿後,手掌是側的抬起(目的:減少抬起的阻力)
之後頭手一起入水,頭往下壓做個下沉的動作,身體在幾秒鐘會有個上浮的力量
乘著上浮的力量-->(1)+(2)腳那時是彎曲--->打水--->身體往前撲 (循環)
第四次摸索蝶式,加上版上的版友們給的觀念,感覺真的有進步~
