第一次馬拉松(路跑組) - 路跑 Road Running

大家好~~
維持慢跑習慣已經有很長的一段時間了
但大多玩票性質 跑個3.4km有流汗就結束了
今年想要給自己來點挑戰
報名了4/8的馬拉松比賽
說是馬拉松 其實也只是10km路跑組而已啦!!
不過對我自己來說已經是很大的挑戰了
目前練到7.5km左右
希望剩下時間可以好好衝刺
總之有幾個問題
想請大家解惑
1.有時候跑到6km之後 腳底會有點痛
這是何種跑姿不良導致的嗎? (PS 我不是扁平足喔!)
2.練習的頻率應該怎樣比較好呢?
我是每周幫自己定公里數 一直往上加
像現在到7.5km 以後就每次都要跑到這個距離
這樣子對嗎? 還是應該長短距離交替?
3.有關當天服裝
我練跑通常是晚上 因為白天要上班 無法早起Orz
但是路跑當天是清晨五點
不知道那時候氣候如何?
衣服要怎麼穿? (穿運動內衣+短褲OK嗎? 會不會太冷?)
帽子應該要帶吧!! 因為會出太陽
毛巾呢? 掛脖子上嗎??

這次只希望可以在時間內跑完全程~~
