我發現到空腹跑時身體好像會變輕,短程內速度好像會變快
雖然空腹跑跑久了一定會有其他問題,例如喪失體力
最佳跑步的狀態是否還是應該是食物完全消化完之後才是身體體重負擔與體力的平衡?
