我看了郭豐州教練這篇訓練股四頭肌的文章

針對裡面這項訓練:
單腳站立半蹲
可以側站在樓梯台階邊上,單腳站立緩緩半蹲下去,另一隻腿打直,但是不碰到下一階梯
樓板。這動作難度稍高,但是強力有效。

請問單腳緩緩半蹲下去,這隻腳的膝蓋不就超過大拇趾了嗎?
這樣到底是好是壞呢?
