破百體重之慢跑頻率? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟今年年紀38歲(其實年紀不小了 XXD)
因為老婆的愛心 結完婚體重就像電視劇的名言,回不去了~去了~了
而去年11月看了體檢報告 滿江紅的數字 讓小弟感覺是應該做一些改變
所以從去年12月1日起 從體重113公斤開始決定減肥
第1各月不吃晚餐 瘦了約6公斤
一直持續到現在
到了一月中旬 覺得不吃晚餐雖然會瘦 但是可能沒減到應該要消滅的脂肪
所以開始慢跑 從1月10日的3K 逐漸增加到26、28、30日的5K
這兩個禮拜約跑了6次 跑的時候感覺不錯
跑完腿也不會酸痛 唯一的是上樓的時候 感覺有點舉步維艱 但感覺其實也是還好
常常聽人說跑步會傷害膝蓋
所以想問問各位前輩 小弟歷經2個月的減重 目前已經接近破百了
目前180cm 100公斤
身體是否可以承受跑1歇1(每次5K)的訓練頻率
還是應該步調要在放緩一些呢 例如跑1歇2
等到體重降到90公斤時再增加訓練強度呢
還是有其他練習方式?
