小弟健身一年半
六個月後想參加一百公尺
最近暑假有時間練
目前13秒多 板上一堆都贏我
我平常有用啞鈴練
一變最多15kg可變重量
飛鳥 二頭彎舉
深蹲 仰臥起坐
有時慢跑十km
請問還要練那些部位
感覺上半身也需要練
我在練跑時手有覺得有用到
